No symptoms at all?

Question

I’m very in tune with my body and notice every little change. Is it possible to have no symptoms at all before missed AF? 
Currently 7dpo so obviously way too early to tell but pretty sure I’m not pg. currently TTC #1 aged 30.
I have cramps throughout the month and never have sore boobs even on AF so that’s not a very good indicator.

I had absolutely zero unusual signs or symptoms before my bfp.  The only way for me to know was when I tested.  Good luck!

With my first pregnancy the only thing I may have noticed was that I was more tired, but only saw that in retrospect. I just felt fine, just normal, nothing to report. Other symptoms came a few weeks in after I knew I was pregnant. I was one of those ppl who felt amazing thru my whole pregnancy tho.
