Vitex
I recently started taking vitex again and I had my cycle, well last week I missed 3 days without taking vitex due to the fact I ran out of pills & had to buy more. Well I started taking vitex last Friday and my cycle came back on today which is crazy because by my chart I’m supposed to be ovulating this week. Did this happened because I missed those days without taking vitex?
