Food/recipe advice!! Please!

First off i wasn’t sure where to post this so I apologize if it’s on the wrong group!

Ok so a little background. I live on my own with a pretty low paying job (I’m looking for a new one). I’ve recently started my second trimester and I’m terrified to eat anything in fear it’s not healthy for the baby. I know it sounds ridiculous but I get panicked sometimes. Previously I’ve lived on tuna sandwiches and pb&j; since it’s all I could really get. I dont have food stamps or any help so I’ve had limited funds. Can you ladies please help me with healthy recipes to make?? I know it probably sounds something easy to google search but I trust other moms a little more and I’m just so stumped!

And before I get those people who automatically want to lecture me about being pregnant with financial problems I didn’t ask for that and what is it going to help??
