So yesterday I got my BFP!!!! Never ever have I gotten a positive test. After 5 yrs of trying. so today I went in for blood work and my doctor tells me to come back in about 2 days to see if my hcg levels double. My blood came back positive but low. I started getting period like cramps and I spotted a little. Could it be implantation? Has anyone had this happen before and not had a miscarriage or it's looking like a miscarriage? I need help because I'm going crazy
