So I’ve been testing positive HPT

I’ve been taking a test since then daily to see if line gets darker I have a uterine polyp 1CM in size and im worried because I’ve read they can cause MC 2yrs ago I tested positive on HPTs and 3 days later got AF as scheduled so I’m very on edge they are still coming positive but I don’t feel like they are as strong as they should be I tested lastnight coming home from work and cried because it was faint hubby said relax could be all the lemonade I drank before during work then I tested this morning and it is darker than the one from midnight but still not as strong as it can be being a day away from supposed AF I’ve been reading if Mc is happening you’ll still get +s so I’m prob overreacting but can’t help but feel paranoid from what happened years ago.
