Spotting at 7 weeks on vacation

I’m several states away from home on vacation and I started spotting this morning. This morning when I went to the bathroom and wiped it was a small amount of brown blood and then this afternoon it was a small amount of light pink blood. At what point should I be worried and go to the ER? I really don’t want to go to the ER and it end up being normal. I don’t have an established OB because I’m still waiting for a referral to go through. I didn’t experience this with my first pregnancy.
