Iud Strings?

I just got my paragard inserted yesterday. Insertion went well until she went to cut the strings and the whole thing ended up coming out. She told me its nothing with my anatomy, the scissors were dull. She inserted another, cut the strings, said I did great & sent me on my way. I checked for the strings today and cant find them, idk if its because idk what im looking for or if I should be worried?!
