timing & effectiveness ??

how important is it that i take the pill at the exact same time every day? i take mine at night and i usually try to around 9:30 or 10 but it's not exact and sometimes ill be out later than that. should i worry?

It’s said to take it at the same time every day so that you get in the habit of taking your pill every day ... but some pills have a 3 hour window while other have 12 ... i was on chateal and that pill i was also told to take it at the same time every day but it has a 12 hour window before it’s considered actually late ... so look at your pamphlet and it will tell you or u can call a pharmacy (any) and ask regarding your type of pill and they should tell you :)
