Shitty situationship!!!!! Need ADVICE PLZ 🙏🏾

I was in a situationship for three years, almost 4. We were housemates most of the time. When we first started hanging out he asked me out and I said no because I wasn’t ready for a relationship but then we started sleeping together and I caught strong feelings for me and have held onto those feelings since then. When I used to bring up our relationship I was told that he “wasn’t ready” or he didn’t want to label things. For three years we were basically together and did everything that you would do in a relationship, we’ve even met each other’s families multiple times. I kept patiently hoping that he would change his mind about our relationship. He saw other girls and slept with quite a few girls too but would always come back to me and tell me I was his, he’d get bothered if I spoke to other guys or whatever so to me I thought he had feelings for me. Now he’s told me that he’ll never be in a relationship with me and I need to move on. I’m trying to but it’s just really hard and upsetting!! I’m so mad at him for wasting three good years of my life. He just used me because he liked having sex with me and liked having me around but he knew it was never going to go further 😤
