Don't know what to think?

Hello! I just wanted to share something I've been going through and kind of need advice on... I've been on the Bayez birth control pill for over a year now. I just had a period that was a little heavier than usual, on the 5th day of my period my boyfriend and I had sex with a condom, we pretty much always do, just to be extra safe and he has never "came" in me before, but he's always concerned about pre-cum. Anyways, while we were having sex I think he might have went in too deep because it kind of hurt and we've been having sex for a little while now so I knew something was kind of off this time. I cramped a little after and then I went to the bathroom to clean up and it was bright red blood instead of the brownish dark colored blood you usually get at the end of your period. And my periods always last about 5 maybe 6 days. And the 6th day is usually sooo light. So I just put a pad on and let my body do its thing.. so then fast forward to day 8 and I'm still bleeding.. not heavily but lightly and it's dark brown in my underwear but when I wipe it's pretty red. And when I took a shower on day 7 I opened my legs to clean myself and two small dark red clumps of blood came out. I have been having light cramping but this is highly unusual for me so I have no idea what's going on. On day 6 and 7 I have been starting to work out again and also went in the sauna for a little bit to sweat a bit more and Idk if that's what's making my body detox a little more? Or if he hit something up there? Any opinions? I am going to make a Drs appointment pretty soon if the light bleeding doesn't stop. Just want opinions or if this has happened to anyone before? And I don't think I'm pregnant because I literally just had a period and may be finishing it? I have been a bit more bloated lately but I do think that was due to my "period" and eating habits. I did also take a pregnancy test about two maybe 3 weeks ago and it was negative.. idk if I should take another one or what? Idk! Please help. Thanks!
