Symptoms have almost disappeared at 7 weeks, has this ever happened to anyone else?

Hi ladies,

I had a chemical pregnancy at 4+4 in October so I am so paranoid this time around. I had an early scan at 6+4 and saw a heartbeat of 115bpm (which I stupidly googled and now I think is to low). I was having quite bad nausea everyday from about 5+5 which then stopped at 7 weeks, I am 7+5 today and I am so scared that my baby has died because my symptoms have eased up.

Has anyone else had this happen to them, if so what was the outcome?
