Do all men just disconnect right after sex??

We have amazing sex in bed after some foreplay and it’s all cool till he climaxes inside me. He does it right til then and as soon as it’s over and he’s trying to catch his breath , he just rolls over to the other side of bed and gets busy on his phone or watches tv without saying a word . I just lie down there still enjoying the after effects n want to kiss more and touch him n hug him. I do it. But he doesn’t respond. He doesn’t even touch me. I feel disappointed. Are all men the same? Why do they do it?
