cow's milk transition... bedtime.. help!

My daughter does well with cow's milk and is almost completely transitioned.. but I'm confused about afternoon and bedtime. I had planned on continuing her breast milk bottle before bed until her well check on February 2 but I don't think my supply will get us that far so it's time to sort this out!

Right now, her schedule looks something like this..

7am breakfast

9:30am snack

10-11 nap

12:30 lunch

2-3 nap

3/3:30 last solid

5/5:30 bottle (6oz breast milk, lately she'll either drink it all or only 3-4oz)

And then she'll sleep until 6:30ish and sing in her crib until breakfast at 7. Occasionally she wakes up early (5:30ish) and I used to give her a bottle of breast milk and go back to bed until breakfast but I haven't been able to do that with my supply lately (unless I were to give her a bottle of just cow's milk, which isn't really ideal imo)

I haven't been able to push bedtime later at all. She turns into a monster and doesn't sleep well. I figure we'll get that closer to 6/6:30 when daylight savings comes back around.

I'm thinking of turning her 3pm solid into a smaller snack and then doing a bigger meal around 5.. but I'm worried about how it'll affect her sleep. Will she make it to breakfast? If she doesn't make it to breakfast, do I really have to get up at 5:30 for breakfast? That would kinda screw up the rest of the day.. Thoughts? Experiences?
