positive @ doctor, negative @ home??

okay so I hope I can post this with no judgement or criticism! I am an expecting/ttc mother like everyone else on here.

so, I started going to a methadone clinic about a week ago to get off of opiates. one of the tests they ran on my urine was a pregnancy test - which to my surprise, showed up positive! that was January 8th. well, I did a home pregnancy test January 14th, which was negative! currently, I'm on cycle day 34, and my average cycle is about 32-35 days.

do you think I'm pregnant or no?! was the doctors test just more sensitive, is it too early to tell?! I'm so confused and scared!
