Does anyone have any experience with this that they can please shed some light on? Hubby was just diagnosed today.

it means no-sperm produced. treatment depends on the cause of the azoospermia.
long story short
infection is treated with antibiotics.
if it's blockage, surgical retrieval of sample.
if it's production problem (men with high fsh), some will benefit from hormone therapy.

My friend's husband has it. unfortunately it means he is sterile. there is no sperm in his semen
