Please be a sign!!

I teach a class of 15 toddlers, most of them will not be 2 until April. I had a little girl in my class (whose mom is pregnant) say to my co teacher more than once that "Ms. Allie have baby in her tummy." My co teacher said that her son when he was 2 knew she was pregnant before she took a test. My husband and I have been trying for almost 2 years now. Please let this be a sign! Has anyone else had a young child tell you that you are pregnant before you find out?
