Messy house.

My cousin H has a baby and no job and she has time for "arts and crafts" but no time to clean her house. Her house has been so disgusting that child services has been called on her multiple times. My cousin C also has a baby but her house remains almost spotless and she has a job. So my question is how messy does your house actually get with a newborn? Is my cousin H just terrible at cleaning or lazy? Or is cousin C a super mom?
