How much did everyone spend on their LO first birthday?

How much did you spend on your baby’s first birthday party? (Decorations, food, cake, etc.) And what what’s some themes? I’m trying to keep a good price range but still make it really cute and look nice. But I’m on a very tight budget haha.

Whoooo this one will be PRICEY because he is going to meet his family in Italy for his first birthday. So take plane tickets, party, oh and he’s getting baptized in Rome so it’s crazy. Luckily my uncle works for the Italian airline so we got free tickets from NYC to Rome, but we paid for the ticket to NYC. We are so excited!!

I had a unicorn theme for my daughter. I think I spent around 100 dollars or so. It turned out really cute! We hosted it at my parents house!

We did a dinosaur party for our son, and probably spent like $200 for a BBQ party with all of the decorations and everything for 35-40 people

Maybe $100? We had his birthday at my in-laws house with about 17 family members. Hot dogs, buns, cheese dip, salsa, guacamole, chips, a small cake for my son,  cupcakes, and ice cream. Most was homemade. For decorations we had ballons and streamers. We wanted something small and enjoyable, without much fuss. :)

I envy the moms who only spent 100 we are still in the planning stage, party isn't until February 24th and we've spent over 500 already.

We did a Frozen theme for my daughter. We did potluck appetizers and bought 3-4 large pizza’s. My sister made a beautiful cake she found on pintrest we did a couple small presents. I’d say maybe $100 and most of that cost was the pizza.

We did winterONEderland. Had hot cocoa and chili. Cake and ice cream. I made some decorations from Pinterest. It was cute.
