Once Upon A Messed Up Situation.. HELP

On February 3, 2017 I met my soon to be boyfriend. We instantly had a connection. We hungout for 4 months and then I left for military training. When I left our relationship status was unclear because I would be gone for 5 months. When I was at training he wrote to me about how much he missed me and couldnt wait to see me again. I returned in October and he surprised me at the airport. We made our relationship exclusive and I moved in with him and his cousin (he was living at his boy cousins when I got back) About 3 months into us living together he decided it was best if we were just friends. I agreed and I moved out. I got my own apartment and I couldn't find a roommate and he offered to move in and help pay the bills (he has his own room and bathroom). He gets up for work at 5:30 in the morning so I get up with him, make him breakfast, pack his lunch, then I go to the gym when he leaves for work. After work I make dinner and he cleans up. We usually watch a movie then go to bed. He has been sleeping in my bed lately and last night he said he is going to start sleeping in his own bed, which obviously I said was fine because we aren't dating, this morning I saw a girls name on his phone. He didn't see that I saw the girls name, but he surprised me with my favorite ice cream after work today. I am so in love with this guy and I need any kind of help or advice. What do I do???
