It’s been on my chest before, always thought it was acne. Wasn’t nearly this bad, would go away on it’s own. I’m really scared. What does it look like? It flared up so badly in the past few days!!! Went from having clear shoulders and back, to this. No changes in diet or detergent etc. Its only on chest, back, and shoulders. I can’t have sex with my bf like this I’m way too embarrassed... i dont know what to say. I guess I’ll just say I’m on my period?
