Urinary tract infection

Hey girls!

So I have been noticing that for a long time I didn't realize this was a bad thing(please don't judge) but I have had a slight burning when I urinate. It's seems like it doesn't happen all the time like sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. It's usually only burns a bit when I start but then goes away. Should I talk to a doc? I'm just scared too because I'm 13 and so I haven't had a lady parts exam yet and I feel very awkward about some random girl( maybe a guy) looking at and sticking their hands up my vagina. Please help!
