Worried and can’t sleep

Went to the doc today and they drew more blood to check my numbers again. I should get those numbers back tomorrow or next week. I have literally no symptoms, no sore breast no nausea. Nothing. I’ve been getting this mild cramping and pulling in my back when i lay down a certain way at night. The doctor said he wants to keep an eye on me which kinda made me worry. Guess he’s going to draw blood every week until i get my first ultrasound on the 5th around 8 weeks. My first baby so it’s kinda scary. Idk what’s normal to feel
