Does this look lile a boy or girl

So its doing my head in not knowing, im scrolling through google trying to find what i saw on my scan yesterday cause the tech didnt give me a damn copy of the potty shot. and ive found what looks very similar to my scan!! heres the pic (again this isnt my baby) does it look girl or boy. in my scan we saw 2 legs and this big lump like that, but no penis and no 3 lines... he said it didnt look like labia and didnt look like penis but did look a bit like a scrotum
