should I ask to switch projects at work?

At work we typically have 2 or more people on a project at a time. But the guy I'm working with is starting to make me hate my job.

For starters, everytime (or it feels like every time) I do something he laughs and says it's wrong. Yesterday he looked at something I was working on laughed and said "what the heck is that?!" pointing at something I literally took from what he recently did. I was so pissed. How can you complain about something you literally did and passed being checked?

Also yesterday, I had an attitude with him because he wasn't trying to understand my perspective on something. Later I came back to apologize for my attitude and told him I was just in general in a bad mood. He asked if it was my time of the month.

I work with all guys so I'm worried they won't understand how stressful this is and they'll think I'm just being dramatic or something. I'm really starting to hate my fucking job.
