Allergic reaction or rash

My daughter started to break out on her neck about two weeks ago. Then it spread to her cheat, and look bad also itchy. Now she has little bumps all over her stomach & a few on her back & arms. She has a doctors appointment next week. She seems fine but maybe I should stop feeding her baby food for awhile. I put A+D Cream on the bumps to help. I keep seeing people post about johnson&johnson; baby wash and how their child either lost hair, broke out in rash or both. Idk, Should I change her soap?
