Rustic wedding venues

I'd love to hear from any of you that are currently looking at wedding venues or recently had a wedding! We are considering offering rustic style weddings at our farm, and would love some feed back. What did you love about your venue, or the venues you looked at? What did you hate? What would you change? And what were some of the venues' policies that you liked/ disliked and why?
