I’m gonna lie...
Okay I’m way to anxious over seeing my dietician next week. I’m going to make up my meals log... almost completely. My numbers are good and I’ll use my real numbers but her crazy carb counting, eating every 2 hours, 1 protein 1 fat 2 carb bullshit is overwhelming and I don’t have the time for it. Seriously she’s so intense and making this diagnosis way more stressful than needed. I work 40 hours a week and can’t base my day around eating and measuring between half and quarter tablespoons of dressing. It’s irritating and I’m over it. Rant done- sorry 😐
