Does your toddler sometimes just NOT have an appetite?

She’s only ate a few bites of breakfast. Won’t even eat noodles or chicken nuggets, which is her favorite. It’s almost 5 o’clock in the evening and she’s hardly eaten at all. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yup. They go through stages - don't worry momma she won't starve herself :) I've given mine pediasure shakes when she's had spouts like that.

It’s normal. Mine goes through stages where she acts like she’s never eaten before in her life and others where she is completely disinterested in food.

For sure. She has days she eats all day long, and days where she just nibbles and picks.

Yup!! My just turned 2yr old just decided all she will eat is eggs and purees(what her 10 month old brother eats). I figure she’s still getting nutrition. Her pedi says just feed her what she wants. No candy, juice or soda and limited sweets. She’s to young to understand “you eat what I make you”. When she is older she will be made to eat better of course.

Do your kids wake at night after not eating much during the day? My son does this sometimes because he’s hungry, and is hard to settle back down. I don’t want to get into the habit of giving milk or a snack in the middle of the night, but don’t want him to be hungry either. Any suggestions?

That's been my daughter today... She refused breakfast, snack, and lunch. My husband came home from work with an orange and she devoured that and picked at her dinner. She is teething and Gerri go over a cold. However, you can't make her do anything, including eat/drink, if she doesn't want to.
