Toddler not eating
My baby girl (18 month) has had a cold for a couple days. No fever. But runny nose and wet cough. She uses signs to tell me she's hungry but doesn't want anything I offer her. She's also not drinking/ making wet diapers like she normally does. Any tips on how to help her?
