Looks like eczema to me you should take him to see the doctor. Ring worm is contagious so be careful just in case

Looks like a ring worm but i can also be pityriasis rosea(i had it before)it looks similar to ring worm.I would consult with a dr

My baby has the same thing! He has baby acne, as well as a bunch of red spots in his face and one of them looks like a ringworm. He has his 4 month check up this week so I’ll ask the doctor what it is. Hopefully it’s not ringworm!
