Periods

Does anyone esle find the 2nd day of their period is the worst? On the first day It comes it wont be painful and will have a light flow. And on the second day I feel really really ill so much so I can't go to sixth form because the cramps and dizziness is so bad.

My flow is always so heavy and I leak through everything on the second day. Tablets heat pads and anything like that don't help on this day cos it's just so bad, but by the 3rd it's heavy but not really painful. Can't find anything to help painful cramps for the 2nd day!!!
