Implantation cramps?

Hi guys. Am currently now 6DPO or 7dpo .. about a week ago I had cramps on my left side for few days .. bad headache .. lower back pains. Last night I had cramping again in my right side and aching for few hours. Along with lower back ache. I’ve not had no spotting yet. And my boobs was a little itchy last night but not sore but my boobs nipples look massive like really big brown disc sorry for information. A can’t really describe it. Could this be implantation ?? My period not well another 7 days yet ??
