Do you think this dream had a meaning?

About a week ago I had a dream where I found a dead baby/toddler. A few days later I ended up getting my period but it was the heaviest one I’ve ever had. Cramps were out of this world. I used that pad trick someone posted where you use two pads in a t shape 😩. Before that I had what I thought were maybe pregnancy signs, and no I wasn’t trying to get pregnant just made some dumb decisions. Currently still waiting for spotting to end

Dreams don’t mean anything. Your brain is processing and extrapolating from your thoughts, experiences, memories, etc.

It could have a meaning, doesn't necessarily has to be one. I get dreams about being on/getting my period 1 or 2 days before I start my period. In some way your brain tries to tell you something. At least, that is what I think haha. But it could just be nothing or a psycological thingy. Like if you were scared you are pregnant, your brain makes a dream about that. 
It is probably not like you were pregnant and 'it' died. So just don't worry!

I had a dream that my SO and I had a 1yr old. I've also had tons of dreams that we had a baby girl. 
I'm still not pregnant and we don't have a 1yr old so no I don't think it has meaning.
