First of all...
This is my second cycle since removing my IUD and first full ovulation period, based on my chart anyway. Today I am having mild cramping some sharp pains as well any suggestions on the cause of this I’m guessing just ovulation pains but why would they be intense out of no where. I haven’t had this before. Figures crossed its a good sign but with pain always comes worry.
