Is this normal?

the first day of my periods are always bad i throw up [even when i haven’t eaten anything] . i feel very cold , i lose my appetite, i have toilet problems , i fall asleep anywhere and i also have terrible cramps ! but by the next day i only have pain or no pain...
i just wanted to know does anyone else have symptoms like mine ? is this normal ? do they get better ?? btw im 16

Literally same. I was just at my gynecologist and he told me its because i have have "misshaped" uterus but for now he is trying to solve my problems with BC pills. Im 19 and my cramps are unbearable since i was 13 so...

mine are like this. I think you should tell your doctor about this, they can prescribe meds (not necessarily birth control) to help take the symptoms, or can at least give you some suggestions :)

I've always had that problem since I was 13. I'm 22 now, and even on birth control I still get like that. I'd speak to your doctor and get some advice.
