does anyone else has this issue?

i got my nose pierced in september and they said after two months i could change it. so when it hit the two month mark i changed it. ever since then it’s been unbelievably irritable and red and sometimes sore. i’ve been trying to have a hoop in there but every time i put one in a lil bumpy poo pops up. should i just live with the stud and move on orrrrrr....... advice?

Idk if it is different location or anything but I got my nose pierced back in November at a tattoo parlor and the the lady that did it told me to wait 6 or so months before changing mine 😬 I haven’t really had a problem with it at all just the occasional crusty bits when I wake up like sleepy eye.

Yeah is probably an allergy to the metal, I have a nickel allergy, you could also try a salt bath each day and see if that helps

Make sure you’re using a surgical steel piercing, you might be allergic to the jewelry
