22 month old and talking?!

So I think my son should be saying more words by now. It seems that all he knows are the initial words I first taught him and he won’t pick up anything else. He knows what things are. He follows direction really well but it seems he’s resorted to doing gestures. So instead on saying “no” he’ll just shake his finger at me. He picked up the bad habit of using electronics so my husband says that’s the cause of it. And I honestly didn’t restrict it much. Horrible parenting 🙈
