Healthy versions of flavored milk w.o powders!!
So this am, I did something I never tried before with milk and thought I should share for mommas needing protein that have trouble consuming foods high in it. I started drinking ensure shakes and this morning I really wanted one but ran out. I got a bit creative.... took an empty water bottle, emptied a high protein strawberry Greek yogurt into it, added a little more than half the bottle of milk, a tiny splash of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sugar to the bottle.... shook it well and drank it! it was so good! def my new fave way to drink my daily glass of milk! someone try it lol it's good
