Down syndrome on ultrasound?

I had my 20 week ultrasound and they said there are white dots in my babies brain that could mean Down syndrome. But typically they go away and the baby doesn’t have it. They said they would have a radiologist look at it and this is common. My blood test for Down syndrome was negative. Has anyone else had this?

During my anatomy scan they said there was a cyst on each side of his brain and that it could be associated with Down syndrome, I took the maternit21 test and everything was fine, they sent me to a specialist anyways and they were gone by time I had the appointment. I have a healthy 1 1/2 year old.

My son had 2 cysts on his brain but they disappeared by the time he was born.

my scan is tomorrow and I'm so nervous. I'm more scared they are going to falsely diagnose me and make me worried sick for no reason.
