How long after missed miscarriage surgery til I can fall pregnant again?

I had a missed miscarriage November 1st, I had to get surgery to remove the pregnancy unfortunately and the baby passed at 8 weeks. It’s been 2 months since the d&c;, I haven’t been on birth control and I don’t use condoms. How long would it take to fall pregnant again after a big surgery like that? Just wondering.. 
It was really easy for me to fall pregnant the first time, it took that first cycle..
For some reason i just haven’t gotten pregnant since.. and I’m concerned that maybe something is wrong with my body :/

I got pregnant after a missed miscarriage and D&C; after 4 months. I had a unique situation, though. I had to go through fertility treatment so I had to wait until my pregnancy hormones/hcg level was under 5 to see the fertility specialist. My D&C; was in December, in January I got a 6 hcg level which was disheartening. February and March there was something not right with my follicles. By April, though I was pregnant again which was pretty quick with all things considered. Perhaps your body still thinks you’re pregnant and maybe your hcg levels aren’t quite low enough. Good luck!

it's took me 12 months to the exact same cycle again. I got told it has something to do with the lining 're building. but then after the op was told I was highly fertile again.  so I dunno.

It’s probably one of those things that just takes time, but if you’re concerned, ask your doctor. I didn’t have to have a procedure after my miscarriage, but I did go in for an ultrasound (that I requested) to make sure there was nothing wrong with me/my ovaries/uterus, etc.
