okay so I have a question does anyone know how to get a restraining order against someone and what the process is like? the guy that sexually assaulted me has been released after 48 hours due to not having enough evidence to get charges on him so I now have to wait till my detective gets the results from the rape kit exam that was done on me. I've been so stressed out and overwhelmed lately and I don't know how or what to do
