Advice??

I am 15 years old and I was raped when I was 12 by the father of my bestfriend at the time. This is my very first time coming out about it and I have had a lot of nightmares lately re inacting the night and it has got me wondering weather I should go to the police or not. Only problems are that he lives just down the road from me and i don't want to see him again and I still go to school with his daughter who has quite a reputation to spread the word about things. Please help, i don't know what to do😔
