Hi ladies! FTM here 15 weeks pregnant, just curious how frequently and also how far into your pregnancy you worked out if you did? I was fairly active before my pregnancy, I usually worked out 3-4 times a week, mostly weights and cardio. So far I have pretty much maintained my same workout routines, I am lifting lighter than I was (15 lbs is my heaviest now) and I stopped spin classes, but I still feel like I constantly get people saying “don’t overdo it” or “should you be lifting that?” You know?
