Need advice! Term pregnant bridesmaid?

So just found out I am pregnant with our first😍😍...estimated due date 9/27...but I was asked to be a bridesmaid a couple weeks ago and her wedding is 9/15. I feel like I should let her know sooner rather than later bc those short tight fitting and unforgiving bridesmaids dresses will NOT be an option at that point. And there is always the possibility we could be a little busy in labor! Any thoughts?

Tell her asap. Offer to step down. I personally think your due date is way too close to the wedding, she may not want to risk you not being there which is a definite possibility.

I would definitely let her know asap, as I know weddings can be extremely stressful to plan so giving her this much notice may be best

I've been thru this as a Bride. One of my besties backed out as a bridesmaid. She had her baby Oct 8 2016 and my wedding was Oct 21 2016. We had dinner plans and she told me she was pregnant and she had to back out. As the bride perspective don't be nervous to tell her. You would hope she be happy for you and understanding. Tell her asap so she can replace you if she had it all evened up. 
Also I should mention my friend didn't come to my wedding at all. Again understandable. So don't feel pressured to even go. Put it in her mind now that that's a possibility. Because she might think your coming and be let down closer to the wedding.

Tell her now. If it’s really important to her that you’re there she may change the date, or she’ll have time to find someone else. I changed my wedding date when I found out that my sister (and maid of honor) and my now sister-in-law were both pregnant.

This happened to my sister in law. Her best friend was pregnant with twins-ended up delivering on their wedding day. Definitely tell her ASAP

No way, I could not do it that close to edd. I am 28 weeks with my first and I’m really starting to slow down physically! Plus I am way bigger than I imagined id be at this point!
I was on a wedding when I was 6 w pregnant and I told the bride even though we weren’t “announcing” yet so that she’d understand why I was more subdued, needed more breaks, etc. my first tri was hell!!

Just go ahead and tell her and tell her not to tell anyone. If it’s a local wedding to you, you can tentatively be involved, but if it’s far away you really couldn’t.
