Painful Braxtons every 10 minutes or so?

Question

So I know I’m being bad and avoiding calling the hospital. It’s 12:30am here and I really don’t want to do the 30 minute drive to find out it’s nothing. 
I get Braxtons all the time but the last 3 nights I’ve had a lot of Braxtons with painful period pain. 
Tonight it’s been going on for an hour or 2 and it’s more painful than the last 2 nights. Coming every 10 minutes or so (I’m terrible at timing). 
A constant aching period pain in my back which gets worse with the Braxtons. 
Should I be concerned about preterm labour? I’m 34 weeks. 
I figure since it’s happened the last few nights and I’ve fallen asleep and nothings come of it then it must be nothing? Just pregnancy being a bitch lol

I'd talk to your Dr but for me this happens every pregnancy. Eventually they stop so it's not true labor. People say Braxton Hicks aren't painful but for me they are. They certainly aren't like real contractions. That's a whole other level of pain lol but they can hurt.

I had the same problem at about the same time. I was having contractions every 5 minutes on the dot. For me, it was caused by dehydration due to a uti. The water I drank was going straight through me without helping my body. I think you should get checked out, but if it's not progressing, you could wait until later.

I eventually fell asleep and they are gone now that I’ve woken up. I figured it was nothing because it has happened the last few nights, last night was just more painful

i would still go in to be safe. worse they can do is send you home
