weird period..

so..day before period due (thursday) i had light pinkish/brown discharge in the morning, then absolutely nothing the rest of the day apart from stretchy discharge. Then Friday its seemed to be a normal period..slight cramps..medium flow but normal red blood. Then on Saturday its very light. Then on Sunday its brown sticky discharge when i wipe. Then Monday all gone. This isn't normal for me. Has anyone else had like brown like period??? was this really my period??
