Why are there men on here?

Honest question, why are there men on this app? I downloaded this app earlier this week just to track my periods and discovered the community section and realised there were men on here. At first I was like maybe trans men are tracking their periods and participating in posts but when I looked it was cis men? I’m slightly confused. I think it’s cool you can ask men their perspective on things, If you’re a man feel free to comment what you use the app for :)
