I know this has nothing to do with this topic but-Does anyone know why my car paint is doing this and what should I do?

It’s got these tiny cloudy spots all over  it. I just started driving it again and noticed them today. It did snow the other day so could that have something to do with it?

The salt on the roads can cause paint to bubble and ruin. I'm not sure if it can be helped though. :/ What kind of car is it??? I'm a total nerd for cars

I used to have a little red car that had an area like that on the passenger side door but mine looked worse. No one could really tell me what it was from but some said it looked like someone took sandpaper to it.
