What could this be?

So i was due for my period Jan 7.... didn’t come so i took a test and negative ...it came Jan 11-14... i always have a regular pretty on time cycle...it was shorter than usual but was very heavy one of the days...then Jan 19 i had light pink spotting when wiped then nothing...nothing on the 20th... the 21st was light pink on off spotting and the 22 was the same ...then today nothing !!! I never have this happen before and I’m due for my period feb 4 could this be implantation?
