BFP before Implantation?

Is that possible? Or is HCG not produced until after implantation? I’m confused because FRER says it can tell you 6 days before your missed period, but I’ve read that implantation often takes place around the time of your expected period...🧐
I had very light pink spotting 4 days before my expected period, but BFN on FRER 2 days before my expected period. I might be grasping at straws since that’s a highly sensitive test, but is there a chance the spotting was implantation and I could still get a BFP if I test again in a couple of days?

Those tests can be misleading when they say up to 5 days before missed period because everyone's cycle is different such as your entire length of cycle and what day you ovulate. For people with shorter cycles, yes, implantation doesn't happen until a lot closer to your period than those with long cycles. Honestly, until you get your period you are not out!

Implantation occurs roughly 7-10 days after ovulation. The party ain’t over until AF shows. You can even be late and not get a BFP for weeks after you were supposed to start. Every woman is different. This might be helpful https://www.avawomen.com/avaworld/timeline-implantation/
When I got pregnant with my first they said my conception date was 7/3 (I log EVERYTHING!) and I tested and tested ALL July. I didn’t get a BFP until 8/1. Really, nothing is unusual when it comes to TTC! Good luck to you!
